Sound familiar?
Leading across cultures is rarely straightforward.
You’re leading across Chinese and Western cultures, and what worked at home doesn’t always work here.
You want to adapt without losing your own leadership identity.
Leadership CompanionYour team has talented people, but working together is harder than it should be.
Misunderstandings, unspoken tensions or different expectations are affecting performance.
Team AccelerationYou’re caught between headquarters and the local team.
You need to align expectations and find a way forward that both sides can support.
Team AccelerationYou’ve stepped into a bigger leadership role, and technical expertise is no longer enough.
Getting results now means building trust, developing people and having difficult conversations.
Leadership CompanionYou’d value a space to talk openly with other leaders facing similar challenges.
Somewhere to exchange experiences, test ideas and think through your next move.
